深圳市海上田園旅游區(qū)（以下簡稱“景區(qū)”）位于廣東省深圳市寶安區(qū)沙井街道，由深圳市和寶安區(qū)兩級政府投資，于1999年1月開工建設(shè)，2001年9月29日正式對外開放。景區(qū)現(xiàn)管理面積約163萬平方米，由深圳市寶安建設(shè)投資有限公司全資子公司——深圳市海上田園旅游發(fā)展有限公司經(jīng)營管理，景區(qū)于2009年12月被評為國家AAAA級旅游景區(qū)。
Shenzhen Waterlands Resort (Hereinafter as the Resort), is located in Shajing, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It was funded and constructed by Shenzhen Municipal Government and Bao’an District Government. The Resort started construction in January 1999, and got open to the public on September 29, 2001. Now it covers an area of 1.63 million m2, and is run by Shenzhen Waterlands Resort Tourism Development Co., Ltd., who is a wholly owned subsidiary to Shenzhen Bao’an Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. The Resort was selected as National AAAA Tourist Resort in December 2009.
隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)與城市發(fā)展，景區(qū)的區(qū)位與自然優(yōu)勢愈發(fā)顯現(xiàn)，根據(jù)深圳市大空港綜合規(guī)劃、寶安西部活力海岸帶概念城市設(shè)計(jì)等規(guī)劃，景區(qū)被納入深圳市大空港建設(shè)的核心啟動(dòng)區(qū)和重點(diǎn)建設(shè)區(qū)域，景區(qū)迎來了大好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。在此契機(jī)下，景區(qū)的整體升級改造工作得到了各方的關(guān)注和重視。
With the development of social economy and cities, the Resort stands out for its geographical strength and natrual resources. According to Shenzhen Grand Airport Area Comprehensive Plan and the Conceptual Urban Design of Bao’an West Dynamic Coastal Zone, the Resort has been planned as the core starting zone and key construction area in the construction of the Grand Airport Area, and is facing with an excellent opportunity for deveopment. As such, its upgrading and development have gained great attention from different parties.
為了高起點(diǎn)、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)劃建設(shè)景區(qū)，深圳市海上田園旅游發(fā)展有限公司現(xiàn)組織開展“深圳市海上田園旅游區(qū)總體策劃及概念性規(guī)劃國際競賽”，面向全球公開征集方案，歡迎具有豐富旅游規(guī)劃實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)積極參與。
In order to plan and build the Resort based on a higher starting point and with a higher standard, Shenzhen Waterlands Resort Tourism Development Co. Ltd., is hereby organizing this International Competition of the Overall Planning and Conceptual Planning for Shenzhen Waterlands Resort. We warmly welcome the global outstanding planning and design firms with rich practice experience in tourism planning to take part in this Competition.
本次競賽活動(dòng)旨在通過高水平的策劃規(guī)劃工作，結(jié)合城市發(fā)展與旅游市場的需求，對景區(qū)未來的發(fā)展定位、功能業(yè)態(tài)、空間布局等方面進(jìn)行深入研究，努力將景區(qū)規(guī)劃為綜合性的國際一流旅游區(qū)。
This Competition is aimed to introduce high-level planning, combine the city’s development with the tourism market demand, carry out in-depth research on its future development, uses, spatial layout and etc., and build it into a first-class comprehensive resort with distinctive characteristics in the world.
有意向參與本次競賽活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或聯(lián)合體，請按照《深圳市海上田園旅游區(qū)總體策劃及概念性規(guī)劃國際競賽參賽須知》（詳見附件1）的要求填寫《深圳市海上田園旅游區(qū)總體策劃及概念性規(guī)劃國際競賽報(bào)名表》（詳見附件2），于北京時(shí)間2015年9月29日17:00前進(jìn)行報(bào)名。有關(guān)報(bào)名材料可登陸以下網(wǎng)站查詢、下載并填報(bào)：
